07 December – Jekyll Island, GA
We had a most pleasant day on Jekyll Island. We enjoyed a lovely bicycle ride exploring (it was great to get some exercise). We visited the sea turtle sanctuary followed by sharing a nibble and drink at a pub.
In the evening a dock mate pulled out his accordion and began playing, joined by another dock mate with her guitar, during an amazing sunset.
A dolphin appeared to be quite taken with the music because it kept swimming around the boat….it was kind of magical.
